Tell the HMIC founding council your colony is interested. Non-binding — no money changes hands, no coverage is bound. This is the first step in a multi-stage conversation that ends (if both sides agree) with your colony joining HMIC as a charter policyholder.
This is non-binding
Submitting this form does NOT commit your colony to anything. It tells HMIC's founding council you're interested. A CUI staff member will reach out within a few business days to discuss what charter membership would mean for your colony. No capital is collected until the Manitoba Insurance Act Certificate of Authority is granted (estimated 13–18 months from charter council formation).
HMIC collects this information to evaluate charter membership interest and to follow up about HMIC formation. Your colony will not appear on the public charter members roster unless you explicitly opt in during the follow-up conversation. We never share this data with third parties outside the regulatory process. To withdraw, use the withdrawal link in your confirmation email and quote your reference ID.
