State crop, grade, volume and delivery window. It goes to the colonies that grow it, and you deal with the producer at farm-gate terms. No broker in between.
Once a bid is accepted, our trade desk issues the Load Confirmation and arranges SGS inspection. You arrange your own irrevocable at-sight letter of credit (UCP 600); we administer it through our bank. Each step is done by a person, not generated by the platform.
The platform reads in English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Japanese, Chinese and Indonesian.
From Requirement to Your Port — How It Runs
You state crop, grade, volume and delivery window. It goes to the colonies that grow it, and matching is done by our trade desk — not by a machine.
You arrange an irrevocable at-sight L/C (UCP 600) through your own bank; we administer it through our bank. Our trade desk issues a signed Load Confirmation. No soft clauses.
We arrange SGS inspection at the load site. Certificate of Origin Canada, GMO disclosure and phytosanitary certificate issued with the load.
Full document package: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Warehouse Certificate.
Container shipping arranged. Charter capacity to 65,000 T under agreement. Rail-to-port is in development.
Gate-out only after full funds are credited. Title and risk pass at the seller's facilities, and our trade desk issues the load confirmation for each movement.
