Colonies are matched by distance, so we need the hall's exact spot. On your phone: open the maps app, drop a pin on the hall, and copy the two numbers it shows.
One manager account per community. This is the account that builds the list and sends the request.
Anything that shows the community is real — a community association charter, a hall rental agreement, a letter on letterhead. You can also add these later from your dashboard; your community stays under review until documents are in.
